Imitation is a powerful tool of formation. Our Friday assemblies inspire students through the stories of Christians worthy of imitation, from our youngest students to our oldest, and our faculty and staff too.
We recognize that imitation is a powerful tool of formation. To this end, our Friday assemblies are aimed at inspiring our students through the stories of Christians worthy of imitation. I love experiencing these stories with our students. From our youngest to our oldest (and even our faculty and staff!) those in attendance are engaged...even participatory at time (you'll hear what I mean below!). Listen in to get a taste of our time together and learn about Ignatius of Antioch.
You can also see a sampling of other Christians we've learned about via our Instagram posts:

And if you are a current parent, be sure to ask your child about Fridays...I wonder if you might learn something new and be inspired yourself!

At Donum Dei we have a passion for excellence. We aim to be that school that families tour and can’t imagine having ever lived without it...
As a child I was afraid of the dark. There is something about darkness that we humans dislike. But in God's ultimate wisdom, He often does His most majestic works in the silence and the dark.
During this time of year as we head toward our fall break, I'm always grateful for the intentional rhythms of rest that our school practices. An invitation to abide rather than strive in our own strength.
