Pastor Tarik El Ansary

B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance, Walden University; Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), The American College. Pastor Tarik brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, real estate, sales, and marketing to his leadership at Donum Dei Classical Academy.

I grew up in a non-practicing Muslim home, where I believed in God but did not yet know Him personally. As an adult, I surrendered my life to Christ and began a new journey of faith that continues to shape how I live and lead. I am grateful to serve at Donum Dei, where I have been captivated by the classical approach to education and its vision for forming students in truth, virtue, and wisdom. I am especially excited to help build and strengthen a Christ-centered PK-8 education that serves students and families throughout San Francisco. My wife and I have two daughters who attend Donum Dei. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and cultivating plants, healthy soil, and beautiful landscapes.

"The classical approach to education captured my imagination from the very first assembly I attended. I'm most excited about continuing to build out the best PK-8 education in the city."
