Ms. Valeria Serrano

B.A. Advertising, Graphic Design minor, University of San Francisco. Swim instructor and newborn photographer at UCSF Hospital during college (2021-2024).

I'm excited to be part of Donum Dei because I'm seeking more purpose-driven work with lasting, eternal significance. Coming from a corporate background, I've felt a growing calling to transition into something more aligned with my faith - serving the community, investing in others, and growing in my understanding of both faith and service. I came to know the Lord at a young age through my family, and my faith has continued to deepen over time, especially as I've become more intentional in my relationship with Him. I incorporate my faith into my work by striving to serve others with patience, kindness, and integrity, aiming to reflect Christ in how I communicate. Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with my family and being in God's creation, especially on walks and while traveling, exploring new coffee shops, and creatively through painting, ceramics, and photography.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit." - Matthew 28:19
