Mr. Theodore Moreno

A.A. Anthropology, Santa Ana College; B.A. Anthropology & Ancient Near East/Egyptology, History minor, UCLA; Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Classics, UC Davis. Taught Latin at Chesterton Academy (Dixon, CA) and Bethel Classical Academy (Irvine, CA).

I'm excited to join Donum Dei for two reasons. First, as a teacher of Latin and History at a Christ-centered institution, I believe I'm contributing to something greater than myself - the development of the future men and women of Christ's church. I believe classical Christian academies cultivate an appreciation for what is true, good, and noble in the eyes of our Lord. Second, I have the privilege of teaching in San Francisco, a place ripe for Christians to harvest for the kingdom. I grew up in a home where Christ was openly praised, and gave my life to Him as a teenager. My understanding of the Lord expanded in college, and I have grown more reliant on Him, seeking His guidance in marriage and fatherhood. I desire to extend the same grace and mercy He has shown me to my students, who will one day include my own children.

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service." - Romans 12:1
