Teaching at Donum Dei gives me a unique opportunity to invest in the spiritual development of youth as they navigate some of the most complex times in their lives. I see teaching as an investment in my students - seeking their flourishing while encouraging them to seek the good of their peers, household, and city, and to find the Lord Jesus as the cornerstone of their lives. I grew up in and around church as the child of worship leaders, but Jesus wasn't at the center of my life until high school, when amid depression and anxiety, Christ presented Himself as the only One who could give life enduring meaning - the Good King worthy to be followed. This relationship defines all that I do, at work, at home, and in community. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, good coffee, and walks in nature with my wife and son.
